It exists because of what happens when that gap goes unaddressed. Driven, capable people arrive at an uncomfortable place. Full battery, every application ready, nothing broken, yet...No signal. IoB calls that the Dead Zone, and it gives it a diagnosis and a route out.

She Built The Right Life
On The Wrong Signal.
Born and raised in Bolivia, Monica Alexandra Ribero learned early that winning trophies meant being loved.
At eight years old she won her first national tennis tournament. She remembers the crowd clapping and feeling, for the first time, accepted, valued, and loved. That moment became a blueprint she would follow for the next two decades.
She ranked #1 in Bolivia for years, earned a full scholarship to an NCAA Division I university in the United States, and graduated with her MBA with honors at 24. She built a career in telecommunications marketing alongside multi-billion dollar corporations, climbing, achieving, winning.
From the outside, it looked like everything. From the inside, it felt like nothing.
After years of living on inertia, Monica began asking a question: What do I actually want?
Her curiosity took her to India, multiple times, where she studied yoga, earned a Reiki healing certification in Rishikesh, and began the deep inner work that would change everything.
She trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and became a Core Energy Life and Leadership Coach, one of the most rigorous certifications in the field. For the first time, she felt she was doing exactly what she was meant to do.
Today she works with high performers, executives, and organizations worldwide, helping them make the same discovery she did: your drive is your most powerful asset, once it is connected.
Twenty years in telecommunications gave her a front row seat to something most people missed. She watched an industry take the network from 1G to 5G inside a single working lifetime, with billions of dollars and an army of engineers behind it.
None of that went into the connection between the people running the network. The connection between devices got faster and upgraded every year. The humans stayed where they were, increasingly more disconnected.
She founded Internet of Beings® to close that gap. The The 3 Connections Method and the Human Signal Scale came from this conviction, mapping five levels of human connection quality and giving leaders, organizations, and communities a measurable path to upgrade.
Because the future will not be defined by intelligence alone. It will be defined by the depth of human connection we are able to sustain.
